Empowering people to make a positive change

I have had the immense privilege of working in the counselling field for over 16 years. I am passionate about empowering people to make positive changes, in order to live their best life. I am a registered nurse and midwife and have worked as the perinatal loss coordinator at the Mater Mothers' hospital in Brisbane for over 5 years.  I have a particular passion for helping families through the experience of perinatal loss, especially after the loss of my own daughter Ruby in 2008.

I also have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting challenges and relationships.  

I have a degree in health management, psychology, nursing, midwifery, a graduate certificate in clinical supervision, a graduate diploma and Masters in counselling. 

I am a mother to three adult children and a mad, crazy dog.
